As a thank you to our current community members, we are offering $500 cash to any tenant who refers another tenant that signs a one year lease with us for a space of 500 square feet or more. This new tenant will also get $500 cash to help jumpstart their spring season! 

This promotion is valid for current Sherman Mills tenants only. New tenant must complete our approved applicant process and sign a lease of at least one year for a space that is at least 500 square feet. Please make sure to let us know about your referral, and have your referral state that you referred them to our community in writing prior to their first viewing in order to take advantage of this promotion. This offer ends on June 1st, 2021.
